Cowboy camp is a 5 day camp for inexperienced riders, 5+ years old. Riders will be exposed to barn care, safety, horse care, saddling, leading, riding, bathing, and lots of fun!

• What to bring: sunscreen, water bottle, closed toed shoes, packed lunch

• Barn care: Barn safety, how to organize barn, clean stalls, keep a barn to house a horse 

• Horse Care: A visit from the farrier, feeding, grooming tools, learning what horses can/cannot eat

• Saddling: English and Western, how to properly saddle, and saddle care 

• Leading/Riding: Safety of leading, how to lead, riding safety, learn to ride with basics
